A well-known organization based in Dallas, TX is seeking a Family-based Immigration Attorney to join their team (HYBRID)


The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in immigration court, state court, and with USCIS.


  • Attorneys will be working primarily with unaccompanied children (detained in government custody and released to sponsors);
  • Provide high-quality representation for children at master calendar hearings, individual merits hearings, and in state court proceedings;
  • Represent clients before USCIS at asylum interviews and other immigration related appointments.


Role is Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site.
