- Working closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and prepare for cases.
- Providing legal advice to clients, often under the supervision of more experienced attorneys.
- Staying informed about changes in the law and participating in continuing legal education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration, PI, or Crimmigration law.
- Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Successful completion of the bar exam.
- Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
- Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
