POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of the Business Immigration Associate Attorney involves the preparation and management of O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW immigration cases. This includes drafting essential documents such as recommendation letters and Letters of Support, completing necessary forms, and assembling comprehensive case packets, all under the guidance of senior Partners. Additionally, the Associate Attorney will supervise a dedicated team of Immigration Paralegals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding their immigration cases.
- Develop strategic plans and convey them effectively to clients and team members.
- Identify and request required documentation from both petitioners and beneficiaries.
- Engage with clients to gather necessary information and documentation promptly.
- Draft supporting materials, including letters and affidavits.
- Complete immigration forms accurately.
- Assemble cases, ensuring all forms, supporting documents, and exhibits are included.
- Review and edit the work of Paralegals, ensuring high-quality case preparation.
- Assess cases and contribute to strategic planning.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess substantial and recent experience in drafting O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, as this position is part of a specialized team focused exclusively on these matters.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree is required.
