Position Overview:

The Plumbing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing plumbing operations and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive plumbing knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing staff on various job sites.
  • Plan and schedule plumbing work, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to plumbing staff.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project costs.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and operation of all plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Manage inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to plumbing staff.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional plumbing certifications or trade school education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing trade, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
