As we expand, we're seeking someone who can lead and manage a variety of initiatives including: community events, social media campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is both a strategist and a doer—capable of not only envisioning new ways to engage with our audience but also executing them flawlessly across all platforms.


What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain day-to-day community development activities across Pixio channels
  • Support design, planning, and execution of marketing programs designed to attract new customers or further engage existing customers
  • Support company-wide initiatives for success across multiple departments linked through marketing and community initiatives
  • Help develop and execute social media strategies through comprehensive/competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification
  • Help develop Pixio brand identity and social user base at an exponential rate and manage day-to-day communications on multiple social media channels.
  • Help develop, lead, and maintain positive quarterly community growth, retention, and loyalty programs
  • Research, plan, and execute esports events, programs, and collegiate activities
  • Act as a public-facing representative of Pixio activities while communicating on behalf of the company's initiatives to brand partners, external organizations, and collegiate partners
  • Write and create responses and content in line with our brand values toward customer appeal
  • Enhance positive sentiment amongst the community with every interaction
  • Analyze metrics from social media campaigns to optimize future brand campaigns
  • Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of social channel performance data and make strategic suggestions for improvement to management
  • Travel when necessary
  • Other marketing and community duties as assigned


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, PR, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful self-starter, strong attention to detail
  • Experience in communicating and engaging with gaming communities
  • A desire to learn, test, and iterate on activations for social media and communities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for gaming and esports with an understanding of the industry
