Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst with expertise in data blending to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in combining data from multiple sources to create comprehensive and actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data blending to merge data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout all BI processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BI Analyst with strong data blending skills.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
