Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to support our sales team in the retail energy sector. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of business processes, including data collection, proposal preparation, and contract management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and verify customer and usage information for power and natural gas accounts.
  • Accurately structure deals for power, natural gas, and other product offerings.
  • Prepare proposals and contracts to support revenue generation.
  • Manage SLA productivity targets, ensuring timely delivery of RFPs.
  • Review and generate contracts for product offerings, supporting contract renewals.
  • Conduct credit adjudication for small customers through utility invoice and payment history review.
  • Provide CRM and pricing system expertise, assisting with process and system updates.
  • Support the development of Request for Proposal response packages.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus).
  • Prior experience in administrative and/or sales support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
