Specific Responsibilities as Executive Assistant

  • Greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Prepare and send out packages for all departments as requested
  • Prepare and send out samples to sales representatives.
  • Print and send out line sheets
  • Prepare for tradeshows (pack/unpack).
  • Assist marketing team for tradeshow preparation
  • Perform clerical tasks, light data entry, filing, copying, etc.
  • Receive packages and mail and distribute accordingly.

Education and/or Experience

  • 5+ years of similar experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Familiarity with different courier shipping portals.
  • Able to communicate in Spanish, a plus.
  • Experience in the garment industry is a plus.
  • Positive attitude.
