Desktop Analyst

* Hands-on, in-person support assisting with troubleshooting – must be able to work independently

* Will be supporting 650 users – they do operate on a hybrid model, so there will be 300-400 employees in the office at any given time

* Primarily PC’s but may have to help a few standalone people with Macs rarely.

* Working with/supporting Microsoft Office applications (Windows 11)

* Will provide mobile support for users as well


Requirements:

* 2-3 years of technical experience

* Active Directory experience

* Strong communication skills, customer service oriented

* Legal or professional services industry experience

* Bachelor’s or Associates degree is preferred


Team: Desktop Support Supervisor and 4-5 other analysts.
