Job Description

Are you passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and cloud solutions? Join our global team as a Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects that empower customers to evaluate and enhance their generative AI implementations.


In this role, you’ll manage projects involving generative AI applications like code assistance, SQL query generation, and machine learning operations. Your projects will include new product trials, evaluation frameworks, benchmarking, prompt engineering, test automation, and feature development.

Your expertise in project management, software development, cloud services, and machine learning will ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America and APAC to define scope, manage risks, maintain timelines, and communicate results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and adapt project plans to accommodate changing priorities and requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders to design technical solutions and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide clear, consistent communication of project status, risks, and technical challenges to customers and leadership.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and change requests to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and address dependencies and critical path activities to maintain project momentum.
  • Continuously enhance project management practices to boost efficiency and outcomes.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical project management, particularly with cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and scalable enterprise architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex technical projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.


Preferred:

  • Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Transformers, PyTorch, and LLaMA.
  • Expertise in performance optimization and benchmarking.
  • Experience troubleshooting cloud-native solutions in production environments.
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and practices.
