The Client Success Coordinator (CSC) will:
- Own the success of every campaign ensuring that each element is properly ordered and delivered.
- Understand how each platform and strategy works together for the best solution of our clients.
- Have a deep and vast knowledge of traditional, digital, social, direct, OOH, and other emerging forms of advertising.
- Fail, but never make the same mistake twice.
- Find solutions rather than excuses.
- Recognize trends and metrics to uncover better opportunities for our clients’ success.
- Geek out on spreadsheets, be meticulous, deadline oriented, and understand numbers.
- Develop a firm grasp on the budgets of each client, and be able to adjust and explain deviations from the original plan for each campaign.
- Display a thirst for new technology or training.
- Embrace accountability.
- Not be tethered to an office, but in-person collaboration will be required.
- Communicate effectively, precisely, and often.
- Believe in themselves. Charisma is lagniappe, but confidence is a must-have.
