Join our esteemed team dedicated to managing over 1,000 luxury residential units across Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple high-end properties.
- Address and resolve all resident concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors to maintain and improve property conditions.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability of properties.
- Prepare and provide detailed financial reports.
- Stay current with all New York City housing, labor, and building codes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably with luxury residential units.
- Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI.
- Bachelor’s degree- Preferred
- Technical knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
