Landscape Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals for landscaping services, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs, present tailored landscaping solutions, and provide accurate estimates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to ensure profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Collaborate with landscape designers, project managers, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and service offerings.
  • Manage and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and client acquisition.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and build a professional network.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the landscaping or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Business, or related field.
  • Experience managing large-scale landscape projects.
  • Established network of industry contacts and local client base.
