This is a Contract-to-Hire role for a Healthcare Distribution company. Hybrid work schedule


Primary Project Responsibilities –

  • Work with finance team on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and related reports (financial models are in place; currently maintained in Excel).
  • Build financial and operational dashboards / KPI’s and recommend process improvements in developing the data (profitability models for new product development launches are among the models that will need to be built).
  • Complete ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.
  • Collaborate with corporate accounting team to prepare costing models.


Must Have –

  • Strong FP&A experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting KPIs, etc.
  • Very strong Excel skills – advanced formulas and functions, building financial models, working with large datasets that need to get pulled from multiple systems, etc.
  • Maturity and communication skills to collaborate with department leaders.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, work independently and provide constructive recommendations.


Preferred –

  • Experience working with / pulling data from NetSuite.
