Position: Executive Admin Assistant
Location: Alameda, CA
Duration: 7 Months (Possible extension)
Duties and responsibilities:
Ability to consolidate & edit PowerPoint presentations.
Manage meetings across several time zones.
Take meeting actions and follow-up with stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks are timely.
List any preferred requirements that would stand out on a resume: Previous experience supporting a DVP, EVP, etc.

Ability to multi-task.
Proactive and able to identify upcoming issues and plan accordingly.
Attention to detail:
2 Years’ of experience required: Min. 5 years supporting a senior exec like Division Vice President or Exec Vice President level leader
