Job Description

As a Client Relationship Assistant at Zenith American Solutions, you will play a vital role in supporting our Client-facing team in performing administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include creating correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting notes for internal use or distribution to clients or vendors. You will also be responsible for keeping records in relation to the disbursement process, coordinating meetings, activities, and other events as assigned, and assisting the Client-facing team with analysis and internal reports to support day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client-facing team in performing administrative tasks.
  • Creates correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting notes for internal use or distribution to clients or vendors.
  • Keeps records in relation to the disbursement process.
  • Coordinates meetings, activities, and other events as assigned.
  • Assists the Client-facing team with analysis and internal reports to support day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

  • Highly developed sense of professionalism, maturity, and integrity.
  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to successfully communicate and execute with all levels of the organization in a heavily matrixed environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and incoming requests.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to optimize the use of all available resources and deliver on multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative role in communications, marketing, or client management.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment or third-party administrator.
  • Knowledge of Taft Hartley organizations.
  • Experience working in Client Services, Client Management, or Customer Service.
