This is an in-office position.


Responsibilities/Tasks:

·        Write company newsletter, blog, emails, sales and fulfillment letters and various other marketing pieces, including print and digital

·        Create content that will grow engagement and new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)

·        Understand strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics and budget

·        Help enhance website and social media content on an ongoing basis to ensure consistent and robust messaging

·        Enhance the visibility and positioning of the business with key initiatives

·        Edit content produced by other team members


Skills and Requirements:

Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

Ability to write persuasively with proper tone, feeling, sentence structure and emotion

Skilled in copywriting, as well as content writing on financial topics

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and strategic marketing

Excellent organizational and communication skills and attention to detail

4 Year College Graduate

3 – 5 years marketing and writing experience

Knowledge of financial services is preferred

Proven content writing skills that generate results

Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic and team oriented organization and meet deadlines

Experience with AI tools including Gemini, Jasper and Chat GPT


The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational and writing skills. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic and possess an energetic personality. The ability to balance a process-driven approach while generating innovative ideas is imperative. Examples of writing samples to be provided during the interview.
