We’re searching for an experienced Concrete Construction Estimator to be a key player in our project bidding process.

What You’ll Do:

As a Concrete Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal role in preparing accurate, competitive, and profitable bids. You’ll work closely with project teams to assess requirements, analyze costs, and deliver detailed estimates that set our projects up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans to identify scope and specifications
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  • Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to gather essential data
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of labor, materials, and equipment costs
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project conditions
  • Present estimates and proposals to management and clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in concrete construction estimating
  • Deep understanding of concrete materials, techniques, and cost structures
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., OST, Bluebeam, Procore)
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
