Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, interview, and hire new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding processes in both English and Spanish.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives, offering support to a diverse workforce.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and compensation reviews.
  • Policy Implementation and Compliance: Ensure company policies comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, providing interpretation and updates in both languages.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions in both English and Spanish to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Support managers and employees with performance appraisals, promotions, and career development discussions.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, and assist in other administrative HR functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a multicultural workforce.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
