Project Management:
- Video Management:
- Manage video projects, including scheduling with videographers and overseeing publishing.
- Partner with marketing during content meetings to maintain fresh video content.
- Events:
- Schedule videographers for event recaps and promos.
- Photography:
- Outsource photography for promotional materials, events and headshots.
- Invoice Approval:
- Review and approve invoices related to creative and marketing projects.
- Writing & Content Creation:
- Write and publish monthly press releases and past client educational/newsletter emails.
- Maintain and update radio creative; manage writing, recording, and distribution (some tasks outsourced).
- Coordinate and manage past client closing gifts
- Open Houses:
- Review and post Open House ads.
- Share upcoming Open Houses with internal groups and send lists to Interlinc.
Recruiting & Agent Engagement:
- Recruiting Campaigns:
- Plan, write, design, and send recruiting emails targeting new or experienced agents.
- Incorporate all text, graphics, and videos aligned with current campaigns or
- Recruiting & Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate regularly with the marketing department to create, edit, and finalize recruiting campaigns, including emails, radio spots, print ads, social media, and billboards.
- Agent Retention:
- Collaborate with leadership to create and send monthly internal emails to agents.
- Include helpful information about JCRE and the Real Estate industry.
Social Media & Ad Management:
- Social Ad Management:
- Attend content meetings to update social ad graphics and copy as needed.
- Communicate changes with social vendors and ensure timely completion of social ads.
- Review and analyze social ad reports monthly.
- Social Media Oversight:
- Approve monthly social post outlines for JCRE pages and the JCRE Family Facebook Group.
- Ensure timely posting of Just Listed/Just Closed posts.
- Manage one-off social post communications and requests.
- Oversee online profiles, reviews, and communication.
Event Planning & Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of event plans, timelines, and budgets, including leadership meetings, client appreciation events, and internal company events.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and décor.
- Handle event-related communications, including invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence.
- Prepare event materials, such as name badges, signage, and agendas.
- Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all event needs are met, including marketing and communications.
- Manage technology usage for RSVPs/ticket tracking and logistical coordination.
- Oversee the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
- Ensure events run smoothly by anticipating needs and proactively addressing any issues that arise; attend events as needed.
- Gather feedback from attendees and guests to assess the success of events.
- Prepare post-event reports, including budget reconciliation and recommendations for future events.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve event planning and execution processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, project management, or creative services.
- Proven experience in video management, event planning, and content creation.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and social ad management tools.
- Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in writing press releases, newsletters, and email marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze social ad performance and generate actionable insights.
- Attention to detail in invoice approval and budget management.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues during event planning and execution.
- Leadership abilities in managing teams, particularly in video and event production.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with marketing, leadership, and external partners.
