The Role
We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Regional Salon Sales Representative in Chicago to join our team In this role, you will be the face of Intelligent Nutrients, sharing our vision for clean beauty and building lasting relationships with hair salons.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, and employees.
- Maintain funnel of prospective new business.
- Educate salons about our products and their benefits.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while promoting our brand values.
- Travel throughout the Midwest to showcase our products and engage with customers.
- Support at other industry events around the US as necessary
- Overnight travel up 75%
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or minimum 3-5 of sales and/or salon experience.
- A genuine passion for clean beauty and wellness.
- Proven sales experience or a background in the salon or beauty industry.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with people.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about our innovative products.
- Entrepreneurial spirit willing to help meet our needs as new opportunities come up.
