Squlpt Body Shaping is an innovative, cutting-edge plastic surgery practice that has completely changed the paradigm of body contouring procedures. With our SoftSqulpt™ method, we have removed the hurdles and down sides of traditional procedures that require general anesthesia and a long and painful recovery. We focus purely on awake liposuction, awake fat transfer for breast augmentation, and awake fat transfer for Brazilian Butt LIft (BBL). SoftSqulpt™ allows our patients to do their procedures comfortably, easily, with limited downtime, a rapid recovery, and truly transformative results. Squlpt is also a Silicone Free Zone™ - we have banned the use of implants in our practice because we believe that natural techniques including fat transfer are a much safer option with a superior aesthetic result. We are the new leaders of modern body contouring procedures.


Squlpt Body Shaping is seeking a full-time Clinic Manager for our luxurious, beautiful Miami, Florida office in Sunny Isles. Join our team and be part of our growing and expanding practice. The work environment is both active and interactive (especially with our patients and plastic surgeons), fast-paced and positive. Your position will include direct work with our administrative and clinical staff, including our plastic surgeons, with a focus on facilitating the smooth and efficient functioning of our office as it relates to our patient-centric model.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Manage the daily operations of the center for both clinical and administrative staff

· Ensure that all patients on the upcoming schedule have completed all necessary paperwork and have paid procedure balances according to company policy

· Oversee clinical and administrative staff scheduling

· Team wise you will have the privilege of recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, counseling, managing corrective action, planning, monitoring, supervising and evaluating all members of the clinical and administrative staff

· Achieving company expectations for utilization of the surgery schedule and optimizing surgeon productivity. · Effective payroll management through efficient scheduling of the nursing team.

· Assisting our bookkeeping and accounting team for financial reconciliation, ensuring operational checks and balances

· Uphold compliance and quality improvement of policies/procedures that are required of both clinical and administrative staff

· Assist in maintaining accreditation compliance

· Provide recommendations and follow-up actions to operational inefficiencies

· Lead and collaborate with the clinical and administrative staff with the goal of enhancing our patients’ experience

· Ensuring high levels of satisfaction by managing the quality and consistency of communications with our patients

· Address patient and staff suggestions and issues in a proactive and collaborative manner · Create the Office Manager training manual that will be used for all future location openings · Serve as the Reputation Manager to build, maintain, recover, and promote Squlpt’s online presence on platforms such as Google and Yelp reviews and comments on Instagram and Facebook. · Perform and maintain inventory processes and procurement for the location.

· Ensure that the clinic facility is kept well organized and necessary levels of cleanliness and sanitization are maintained at all times.

· Any and all other duties assigned


MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least 3 years of management or operational experience. We are not exclusively looking for managers with experience in the plastic surgery or medical fields, but additionally seeking high level candidates from hospitality, luxury industries, technology, start-ups, and other innovative growth industries.

· BS/BA, or other graduate level education preferred
