An employer is looking for a subject matter expert to assist, implement, integrate, and train/operate a new Cisco Unified Communications (UC)/Video Teleconference (VTC) solution to ensure compliance with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and maximum utilization/efficiency of the new system:

• The resource will work with customer on tasks related to Cisco UC/VTC solution to include all operational components, as well as any future UC applications at the direction of Customer:

• Load three (3) Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) 2ks one in each of three (3) customer Data Centers:

• -Thirty-six (36) Shared Multiparty (SMP) licenses will be installed on CMS

• Configure integration of CMS with CMM (licensing only), VQ Conference Manager/DMA, and Cisco Expressways (Customer responsible for building not in scope) to support meetings with video codecs

• Configure web bridge to support WebRTC users coming in via web browser

• Must have an active Secret Clearance

• If/when the priorities are complete the SME can work on any other UC/VTC related tasks including but not limited to system as-built documentation, system operational guides, audit, and optimization of any other Cisco UC/VTC applications, at the direction of Customer


Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications (UC)/Video Teleconference (VTC) solutions
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to work 100% on site in Tampa, Florida
  • Experience engineering, deploying, and troubleshooting voice and video collaboration systems such as the CUCM, UCS platform, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), E911, Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), Telepresence Management System (TMS), legacy video conferencing hardware, Multi-controller Units, and Voice Gateways
  • Experience with deployment of Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco Unity Connection cluster, UCS servers, deployment, and configuration of analog voice gateways and integration with an existing Cisco Emergency Responder cluster.
