We are looking for an experienced SAP Global Transformation Leader with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA RISE, especially in the Finance and Controlling (FICO) area. The ideal candidate will possess a visionary approach to building and leading an SAP practice, have hands-on skills, and a track record of delivering successful global projects. This role requires a deep understanding of both SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments, strong leadership abilities, and experience managing teams, developing solutions, and responding to RFPs.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee global SAP transformation projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA RISE, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for the SAP practice, driving innovation and growth in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of SAP consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a hands-on expert in SAP FICO, guiding configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
  • Understand and articulate the differences and benefits of SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud environments to stakeholders.
  • Engage in solution design and development, ensuring that proposed solutions meet client requirements and are scalable and sustainable.
  • Manage and deliver complex SAP S/4HANA projects, coordinating across multiple geographies and ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of RFP responses, developing compelling proposals that highlight the organization’s SAP capabilities and experience.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for SAP S/4HANA RISE, staying current with industry trends and updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and other enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all SAP-related matters.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including blueprints, design documents, and user guides.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing global SAP transformation projects.
  • Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA RISE, including both Public and Private Cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO module, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and Product Costing.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex SAP projects across multiple geographies.
  • Experience managing teams, building solutions, and driving SAP practice growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling RFP responses and win new business.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA is highly desirable.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
