We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) Consultant with good experience in S/4 HANA Rise Transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and optimization of SAP FICO modules within S/4 HANA environments, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and alignment with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SAP S/4 HANA Rise Transformation projects, focusing on the Finance and Controlling modules (FICO).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to ensure the integrity and performance of the SAP FICO modules.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionality and best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other SAP module consultants (e.g., MM, SD, PP) to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Stay current with SAP S/4 HANA updates and new functionalities, advising the organization on potential improvements and upgrades.
  • Support the migration and integration of legacy systems into the S/4 HANA platform.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of reporting tools and financial dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud and other tools.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) module configuration and implementation.
  • Good experience with SAP S/4 HANA Rise Transformation projects, preferably in a lead consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience in integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
  • Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA Finance innovations, such as Central Finance, Universal Journal, and Fiori Apps.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.
  • Good to have Treasury and Cash Management experience.
