Job Title: Senior Salesforce Admin (New York City, NY)


Compensation Range: $120K - $140K


Remote Flexibility: Hybrid


About Us:

A growing financial services organization that specializes in early-stage investments across various industries is seeking a dynamic senior Salesforce Administrator to join the team to contribute to the platforms on going success. This position will play a key role in driving innovation and functionality for users as well as advising stakeholders on best practices for future optimization . You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes to meet the evolving needs of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct sophisticated analysis and modeling that translates data into actionable insight that supports business development.
  • Build and operate processes to both reactively capture and proactively identify opportunities.
  • Execute outreach programs for the business.
  • Troubleshoot problems and ongoing support requests from users.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments to understand the company’s end-to-end process & workflow.
  • Lead design, integration, and innovation of various business operations systems and tools to help create/optimize workflows, custom fields, list segmentations, and data flow management for the company.
  • Create/edit current processes using fields, workflow rules, campaigns, to create improved processes.
  • Ability to deploy, customize, and integrate CRM.
  • Maintain the quality of data within the Salesforce CRM database.
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
  • Manage workflow rules, triggers, action items, approval processes, security validations.
  • Manage data flow between Salesforce and third-party marketing outlets or other integrations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience as an administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service, and/or Financial Services Cloud (nice to have)
  • Strong understanding of integrations
  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities.
  • Understanding of execution analytics.
