The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a dynamic team player to join our fast-growing company and facilitate brand-strategy, marketing and overall growth. This role will partner with the current marketing management and CEO to strengthen brand strategy and brand development while delivering marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading and advising multiple teams on Brand strategy, including the setting of brand guidelines, vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • Work collaboratively as a team with the CEO and current marketing management and play a critical role in driving profitable growth.
  • Drive omnichannel strategies, with a focus on delivering growth via digital commerce.
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional agendas as well as to support branding efforts.
  • Lead organic social efforts, including strategy, creative, execution and analysis.
  • Must be savvy of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest, lemon8, X , Threads and Youtube.
  • Utilize data, consumer insights and key messaging to tell compelling brand stories consistently and creatively across marketing channels.
  • Generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis.
  • Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales + engagement efforts creating weekly and monthly reporting and offer insights and recommendations for optimizations.
  • Consistently drive strong storytelling for email, SMS, on-site targeting campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy, send time, etc.
  • Oversee/ manage brand promotional calendars and activities.
  • Responsible to Execute all brand events including but not limited to press launches, influencer events, and consumer activations and trade shows.
  • Manage and oversee the brand marketing calendar.
  • Oversee and manage the social media team.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies.
  • Work with our Public relations contact on Brand exposure and opportunities as well as planning and execution.
  • Maintaining relationships with company stakeholders.
  • Conducting market research including examining current market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry developments.
  • Analyzing data for trends, insights, and information to inform brand strategy.
  • Communicating with marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
  • Managing brand projects through various stages of development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Passionate and excited to represent the brand.
  • Minimum requirement- Bachelor’s Degree w/ a concentration in Marketing/ Mass Communication/Media .
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in CPG .
  • Proven ability to develop effective brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
  • Experience in copywriting to drive branded content across channels.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
  • Good communication, attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills.
  • Able to make quick, effective decisions.
  • Hands on attitude, analytical and ambitious.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs/Sheets.
