This role Business Development Associate is a 180 business development role that will lead a specific sector with Pacific International.


The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of Executive Search Experience.

  • Develop and execute an account strategy within your sector to drive business growth.


What We are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Executive Search, preferably working with clients in the Manufacturing space.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business opportunities.
  • Energetic and passionate about delivering the best client experience in the industry.
  • Track record of revenue growth.


Location:


This position is based in our Philadelphia office, requiring on-site presence for the first 6 months. Afterward, a hybrid work model of 2 days from home and 3 days in-office is available.
