A recognized services company in DC is looking to add a new Inventory Specialist to their growing staff.

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Specialist will:

  • Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist.
  • Manage the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
  • Possess strong understanding of logistics systems and processes, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Manage and monitor the flow of orders and services from suppliers to customers.
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics, such as on-time delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Must pass background investigation to obtain Public Trust.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 5+ years previous experience in Supply Chain and coordination.
  • Extensive application support experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
