As an Inside Sales Engineer you will utilize your technical expertise, gained through recent graduation in Engineering, to understand our products and services thoroughly and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with quotes, understand the clients needs, and provide a solution through effective communication and product knowledge.


Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their requirements and propose a suitable solution.

Utilize your engineering background to comprehend technical aspects of our products/ services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquires, and convert them into sales opportunities.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product/service offerings and their competitive advantages.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquires, providing technical information, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- Strong background in pre-sales and technical sales

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with product demos and project management

- Proficiency in computer networking and Linux

- Familiarity with AWS, VMWare, and Azure a PLUS

- Particularly working with Visual Infor (even school-level experience), but training is provided

- Knowledge of Python and Bash scripting a PLUS

- Ability to analyze data effectively
