Sales Director

Job Summary: BeauteTools LLC, a leading manufacturer of makeup brush products, seeks a US Sales Director to drive sales and marketing strategy in North America. The role involves cultivating client relationships, executing sales plans, and collaborating on product development. Based in Frisco, Texas, the position offers opportunities for growth within our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales & marketing plans for the North American market.
  2. Cultivate trusted client relationships and close deals.
  3. Collaborate with engineering on product development.
  4. Lead and train sales team as needed.
  5. Report to CEO and handle limited administrative tasks.


Qualifications and Skills (Must):

  1. Passion for business and relationship-building.
  2. Persistence in overcoming challenges.
  3. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  4. Ability to present strategies to clients.
  5. 2+ years of sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in beauty product development or related fields
  6. Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales contracts.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office is required; applicants must be comfortable with keyboard use and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  9. Ability to work within Asian time zones.
  10. College degree.
