Restoration Contents Manager

Our company has been in the restoration/mitigation field for several years. We are branching out into Contents and are looking for a motivated individual with restoration experience and a growth mindset to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

-Leading daily operations for the Contents division. Communicating the schedule with the field staff and homeowners ensuring the best experience possible. Working with the homeowner and the insurance adjusters and completing projects in a timely manner and within budget.

-Ensure compliance with company standards, including job performance indicators, job costing, quality and safety.

-Traveling to job sites to assist with pack outs. This includes travel in Seattle, Tri-Cities and the Vancouver/Portland metro area. The right candidate would be primarily stationed in Vancouver as our headquarters is located there.

-Experience using DASH, RMS, Encircle, or other job management systems. Ability to keep job files accurate and up-to-date.

-Printing, auditing, and sending inventory reports with Assured Track inventory software.

-Experience with estimate writing in Xactimate for Content pack out, cleaning, total loss, storage, and other specialty items

-Coordinating vendor/contractor services and managing accounts.

-Scheduling jobs using digital scheduling tool

-Facilitate morning meetings and coordination of field crews and in-house production crews

-Making time corrections and approving time entries for all direct report employees for payroll. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.

Experience:

  • Restoration: 3+ years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training (Preferred)
  • IICRC certified: FSRT, OCT, HST, and/or CPT (Preferred)
  • OSHA 10 and/or 30 (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
