Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and oversee a ski/snowboard training program.
  • Manage lesson schedules and operational efficiencies.
  • Deliver optimal customer experience.
  • Engage in industry events and maintain professional affiliations.
  • Organize events and customer activities as necessary.
  • Drive operational efficiency to meet sales targets through promotions, partnerships and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Mentor & supervise instructors and staff.
  • Teach ski lessons if/as needed.
  • Ensure safety compliance and conduct training.
  • Organize orientation and training for new employees.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Instructor in a resort environment; supervisory or managerial experience preferred.


Certifications:


  • PSIA/AASI Level I Certification or higher.


Physical Demands/Work Environment:


  • Some travel required for industry events.
  • Physical fitness required for teaching and operations.
  • Frequent skiing and use of indoor ski simulators.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Salary & Benefits: To be determined based on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
