Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to assist the General Manager in managing drive-in operations. This role involves training and supporting employees to ensure quality food service in a clean, safe, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and monitor team members to ensure high-quality food service
  • Direct and assign employees as needed to meet operational standards
  • Adhere to and monitor employee compliance of the employee handbook, policies, and practices
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including monitoring staffing levels and inventory
  • Assist in administrative duties, including maintaining files and records
  • Reinforce a customer service mentality and ensure all employees are focused on serving the customer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations
  • Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience or one year entry-level retail management experience
  • Effective communication skills, basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions
