Job Description: As an Inside Sales Representative at Giraffe360, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by effectively managing and closing inbound sales leads generated by our marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on guiding potential clients towards our innovative solutions. Your exceptional sales skills and proven track record will be critical in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to inbound sales leads generated by marketing efforts. Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients.

Present Giraffe360's products and services to potential clients, demonstrating how they can benefit from our technology.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Provide accurate and timely information to potential clients.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and share best practices.

Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.


Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales with a demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding targets. Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of the real estate industry is a huge plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus.
