Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Duration: Long Term
Location: Reston, VA
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Business/Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other PDOs during grooming sessions in preparing SDD that is aligned with SRD.
Conduct high-level impact assessments based on SRDs and detailed assessments from SDDs and propose LOEs.
Deliver comprehensive application designs that adhere to industry best practices while considering the entire application lifecycle.
Publish the application design to the Wiki SharePoint, including detailed IDDs, flowcharts, and sequence diagrams.
Break down the design into deliverable unit - EPICs and User Stories, along with detailed Acceptance Criteria, ensuring developers have clear guidance for implementation.
Act as the SME and primary contact for the representative Bedrock tenants.
Conduct POCs, troubleshoot system and code issues, and recommend best practices.
Identify potential causes of production issues and analyze defect resolutions.
Participate actively in an Agile development team, attending daily scrums and other ceremonial meetings via video conferencing.
Using security first principle and ensure a robust security posture in adherence with the Comcast policies.
Support Production Go-Live events (typically once a month on Friday nights EST) and other deployment activities on as need basis.
Conduct design and code reviews for team members.
Maintain a groomed NFR backlog.
Assist management with necessary inputs for Scope vs. Capacity and Sprint planning sessions.
Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products to identify improved solution strategies and facilitate brainstorming.
Experience in building and designing enterprise-grade agent-facing platforms.
Proficient in technologies such as Spring, Java, Angular, RDBMS, and messaging systems, preferably Business Process Management (BPM).
