The Director Asset Management Operations, reporting to the Company Chief Operations Officer, (COO), is focused on departmental operations, continuous improvement and quality as liaison working cross functionally with related departments. With the CEO and COO, this individual will guide and implement strategic initiatives of company operations and is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the portfolio. This individual will be responsible for implementing policies and procedures at the property asset level that ensure the highest levels of performance are maintained by department staff and performance within the portfolio is high. As a leader of the company, this individual will strive to create an environment of personal accountability for themselves and their team.


This position is ideal for a leadership level candidate who is Operations Savvy and demonstrates ability to streamline, enhance productivity, implement improvements and collaborate across departments.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in financial business setting with at least 5 years in a leadership role that required strategic leadership and independent decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive desired results.
  • Demonstrated success working with and managing cross-functional teams, in order to achieve desired results.
  • Excellent decision making and analytical skills to effectively evaluate issues and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and effective delivery of changes, solutions or updates.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and ease handling changing priorities.
  • High proficiency in computer software, building systems, building structures, T.I’s and construction.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in real estate, business or related field.
