Don’s Custom Cabinets and Countertops is a family-owned business, with over 40 years in the industry, that provides custom and semi-custom cabinets and countertops for kitchen and bath projects. We are located in Longmont, Colorado and provide services along the northern front range.

We are looking for a Sales Representative/Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone to utilize their design skills and creativity in a positive work environment to design beautiful kitchens and baths. This position will require a personality that is welcoming, calming and inviting, who can easily engage in conversations with customers and vendors, both in our showroom and at our customers’ homes/businesses. A critical part of this position is listening to customers’ requests to create designs that exceed their expectations within their budgets. Duties also include assisting walk-in customers with plans or drawings they may already have, new designs, quotes and material selections. We meet the customer wherever they are on their remodeling journey. The software programs we use for designing and quoting are Counter Go, Systemize, Pro Kitchen and 20/20. This position will work closely with our four elite installation teams and our in-house fabricating team.
