Job Summary:
As the Regional Director, you'll oversee the operations, including the P&L, of multiple branches within a designated region. You'll lead the execution of sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance employee retention while fostering a safety-first culture. You'll also be responsible for driving business development, ensuring branches meet and exceed company objectives, and contributing to the overall leadership of Certus Pest.
