Account Manager - Sales


The Commercial Account Manager - Sales is responsible for making sales calls to new and existing facilities, contractors, designers, distributors, and E-commerce B2B accounts. This role will actively assist and coordinate sales and marketing efforts for major product lines.


Direct Hire

Onsite for training then Hybrid work schedule

Base salary $50K plus bonus/incentives

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing customers using various marketing efforts and outbound prospecting.
  • Educate customers on the key benefits of ACP product lines and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Manage various-sized accounts by providing timely customer support, including answering questions, providing technical assistance, and processing orders.
  • Thoroughly investigate leads, prospects, and customers to understand sales opportunities.
  • Document all relevant information accurately in CRM systems, email, and shared documents.
  • Provide project management support as needed for accounts or the sales team.
  • Travel as required for tradeshows, sales calls, and other business-related events.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as experience with database management systems
  • Ability to learn and use CRM software, ERP systems, phone systems, and other relevant software products.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
