Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities and expand market share in the window industry.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and property developers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of our window products.
  • Understand customer needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable window solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations, and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position our products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team, including to ensure smooth order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the window industry or related construction/building materials sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities, with the capability to tailor the sales approach to various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of window products, their specifications, installation processes, and relevant building codes/regulations.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience working with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
