This is a 12-month contract opportunity that provides the benefit of a hybrid schedule
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Solutions Analyst will be responsible for the support of several HR systems, including HR Case Management, Knowledgebase, and Portal and the Sense texting solution. This role must develop in-depth knowledge of the various HRIS products and processes utilized by our HR Shared Services Center and HR Business Partners. This person will also be responsible for uploading/managing content in the Knowledgebase/Portal, creating test cases and performing User Acceptance Testing for system bug fixes, enhancements and service releases, and creating daily/weekly reports. This position is part of a larger HRIS team and the analyst is expected to operate within a rapidly changing work environment in accordance with the company’s mission and values, under the supervision of a leader within HRIS.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong analytical aptitude to provide second-tier HRIS support to end users/customers of HR systems, resolving cases and/or issues and working with business areas, vendors and IT to achieve resolution:
- Troubleshoot reported functional system issues
- Keep an accurate log of all reported support issues
- Accurate and timely build out of enterprise-wide portal content (including policies, articles, work instructions, standard operating procedures, bulletins, etc.)
- Build/Maintain group rules
- Assist with the implementation and testing of bug fixes, enhancements and service upgrades
- Perform daily/weekly tasks and weekly/ad-hoc reporting activities
- Identify system usage patterns and potential process improvement opportunities
- Assist with development and maintenance of HRIS process documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems, HR concepts and terminology
- Experience working both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship/interpersonal skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience with Enwisen Case Management and Knowledgebase, and with ServiceNow preferred but not required
