Role Description

The Director of Operations & Technology will be responsible for the overall management of the Firm's tax, accounting, and practice management software and will communicate with clients related to our electronic communications systems. In addition, this position will assist the Partners in effectively managing the Practice and perform certain high-level administrative responsibilities.


Primary Responsibilities

· Gain a thorough understanding of existing software to assist partners with efficiency in office and client performance.

·  Coordinate electronic files, paperwork, signatures, and documents as needed across business activities.

·  Perform regular communication with clients in response to document flow and software questions.

·  Improve upon and maintain the Firm's website.

·  Work with outsourced IT consultants on updating and troubleshooting office technology.


Qualifications

• Minimum five years of relevant support experience in a professional or corporate environment.

·  Bachelor's degree required.

·  Technologically savvy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

·  Ability to adapt and learn new software without hesitation.

·  Possess passion, ingenuity, and confidence in meeting the responsibilities of the position.

·  Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information.

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Compensation and Benefits

·  Base compensation will be commensurate with experience level and includes annual increases.

·  Standard work week is four and one-half days with Friday afternoons off.

·  Full-single health insurance coverage and participation in a 401(k) Profit Sharing Retirement Plan.
