Concero, LLC, is a leading IT staffing firm seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our talented team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and matching qualified IT professionals with our clients' staffing needs. Your expertise in IT staffing solutions, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for sales will contribute to your success in this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry. Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, penetrate target markets, and acquire new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their staffing needs, challenges, and objectives, and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their IT staffing needs, technical requirements, and project specifications. Present comprehensive solutions and recommendations, positioning Concero as a trusted partner.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Matching: Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and attract highly skilled IT professionals. Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with clients' organizations. Make informed recommendations and facilitate successful placements.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and revenue targets. Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the IT staffing market.
  • Collaborative Approach: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and candidates.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements;


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the IT staffing industry or a related field. Experience in the consultative selling and relationship management is highly desirable.
  • IT Staffing Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT staffing solutions, industry trends, and technologies. Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies is a plus.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A consultative approach to selling and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Results-Driven: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally for client meeting, industry events, and conferences.
