We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. This role involves designing and delivering robust solutions using platforms such as Saviynt or SailPoint, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and security best practices.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical solution architecture, and hands-on expertise with IAM/IGA tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for IAM/IGA solutions, from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues that impact project timelines or quality.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams on project status.
  • Design and architect IAM/IGA solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Ensure solution scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical leadership in implementing tools such as Saviynt and SailPoint.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for future IAM/IGA projects.


Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, security, compliance, and business units.
  • Manage resources and coordinate efforts among internal teams and external vendors.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
  • Define and oversee quality standards for deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational security policies, regulatory requirements, and IAM best practices.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IAM/IGA implementation and project management.
  • Hands-on expertise with IAM/IGA tools such as Saviynt or SailPoint.
  • Strong understanding of IAM protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID) and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field or PMP certification.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
