Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at USA Hometown Experts in Birmingham, AL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The Recruiter will also participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment strategies.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Interviewing skills
