hackajob has partnered with global media and technology company and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.


Role: Project Manager

Location: Mount Laurel, New Jersey, USA -

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3-4 days/week in the office)

Salary: Up to $100k + benefits


Responsibilities:

  • Provide research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects.
  • Use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes. Recommend improvements in processes and tools for advanced project management.
  • Manage project status and communication through formal briefings, update meetings, and written, electronic, and graphic reports.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, action registers, and milestone timelines. Create and maintain process workflow documents to meet business needs.
  • Oversee all assigned projects to ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and overall ownership of project completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and decision-making.
  • Address problems through risk management, consistency planning, and provide solutions/options to executive management.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in critical project matters.
  • Actively embody and promote leadership behaviors at all levels.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Jira, Smartsheet, Change Management, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Jira for agile project management and Smartsheet for project planning and tracking.
