Title: Change Management Advisor/Consultant

Contract through end of the year for 20 hours/week


Summary

Assist our Medical Device client’s Commercial Operations organization in their efforts around business process improvement by providing change management consulting to ensure widespread adoption, documentation, and communication. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively packaging process documentation to be consumed by downstream users, providing documentation, and developing a communication strategy around net new processes and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Determine when communication and change management is required and communicated effectively
  • Assess and address gaps in current communication processes
  • Organize, manage, and disseminate documentation
  • Maintain central repository for all communications and change management materials
  • Simplify complex materials in a way that is easily communicated and understood
  • Leverage visualization tools to develop effective communication materials
  • Develop work products that effectively pitch change initiatives to organization
  • Communicate with high level stakeholders in multiple business areas
  • Act as change management and communication advisor

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of experience and expertise in Change Management
  • Strong organization skills to manage and maintain documentation
  • Proven experience managing change or communication within an organization
  • Understanding and experience working in Commercial and Financial Operations
  • Excellent ability to communicate with variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and pitch change initiatives
  • Experiencing leveraging content creation tools such as Canva
