Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in operations, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of successful experience in project management, quality control, or production.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of driving results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
