Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring successful placement of candidates. Your efforts will directly contribute to our reputation for excellence and our ongoing business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client industries, hiring needs, and company culture to provide tailored staffing solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to source, screen, and place qualified candidates that align with client requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity in the staffing and recruitment industry.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or client relationship roles, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools is a plus.
